1995年9月1日から始まり1年に渡って行なわれた“アウトサイド・ツアー”から、1995年10月13日のダラスのスタープレックス・アンフィシアターでのライヴを収録している。
最初の2か月はナイン・インチ・ネイルズと共演していた。この日も共演しているが、大人の事情で収録されていないのが残念な所だ。
そのため、すでに暖まっているから1曲目の“Look Back in Anger”は全開で入ってくる。トレント・レズナーに刺激されているのか“狂気のボウイ”が薄っすら感じられる。
このツアーは来日公演もあり、武道館の上の方で見たことが思い出される。
