David TeegardenとSkip 'Van Winkle' Knapeによるデュオのセカンド・アルバム。オルガンとドラムのデュオというのは珍しいですね。「全く知らないデュオのレコードを買ってみたつもり」でしたが、気に入ったので調べた途中でなんと「このデュオのデビュー作を30年前に京都の東山二条の中古レコ屋で500円で購入した」のを思い出しました。なんちゅーことでしょう・・・。ちなみに、そのレコはずいぶん前に売ってしまって、すでに手元にはありません。デビュー作の方は好きでなかった記憶しかありませんが、気になってきました。探してみようかな・・・。

ここでの演奏は、他のカヴァーとずいぶん違います。スピード感がいいですね。
