前作「オペラ座」と双生児的な作品として語られる名盤。アルバムとしては「オペラ座」に軍配が上がりますが、「曲」としては、小粒でまとまった名曲が多く、前作「オペラ座」よりずっと良いと思います。
先日、話題の映画「ボヘミアン・ラプソディ」見てきました。なんつーか、わかりやすく感動的なストーリーにまとめているけど、でも全然「事実」と違うやん。。。ブライアン・メイやジョン・ディーコンはかなり似ているしロジャー・テイラーもわりと似ていると思いましたが、主役が全然フレディと顔が違うので感情移入できず。。。。あと、やはり同性愛シーンは見るに耐えないです（それほど偏見はないつもりだし、「苺とチョコレート」とか「司祭」とか、同性愛がテーマの映画で好きな映画はたくさんありますが、「ボヘミアン・ラプソディ」はイヤ。なんでかな？）。
