アメリカにあるライカ愛好家の会の20周年記念のM6です。初め20台の予定で購入希望者を募りましたが希望者が多く、LHSA機関紙VIEWFINDER Vol.22 No.2 (今日2020.9.15発見した) によると、最終的には Silver chrome 22台、Black chrome 19台が作られたとある。私のところにも「当初20台の予定だったが大幅に数が増えてしまった、予約をキャンセルするなら応じる。」といってきました。「会の記念だからそのままにしてくれ」と返事をしました。
This is the M6 commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Leica Lovers Association in the United States (Leica Historical Society of America). At first, the society planned to make 20 units, but there were many applicants, and according to the LHSA bulletin VIEWFINDER Vol.22 No.2 (discovered today, September 15, 2020), It said that finally 22 silver chrome units and 19 black chrome units were made. It also said, "It originally planned to have 20 bodies, but the number has increased significantly. If I cancel my reservation, It will respond." I replied, "Because it is a memorial to the society, please leave it as it is."
