Chris Christian / Harbour

Chris Christian unreleased materials in 1980's are available on this. "Harbour" is the one of the best Chris Christian's hidden treasure which were never exposed till 2000. All of 14 materials on this album are really excellent pop tunes. Chris is best-known as the marvelous CCM singer / songwriter / producer all through 1980's. I believe that this CD proves how Chris Christian is really a key person of 1980’s CCM. The album is opened by “Don't Tell Me You Love Me” written and originally performed by David Martin on his 1985 self-titled debut album. It followed by “Unlove” written by Steve Kipner and Christin, that was released as “He Won’t Unlove You” with different lyrics on Christian’s 1987 album “Higher Ways”. A Carole Sager - Bruce Roberts penned song “Don’t You Love Me Anymore” might be interesting one on the album, that was recorded by many artists such as Debbie Boone in 1978. Then,”Chemistry” written by Jeremy Dalton followed. Also we have Christian’s version of “Will You Love Me Tomorrow” from Carole King’s evergreen 1971 album ‘Tapestry”.
