Phenomenal Woman

0

Canadian singer/songwriter with high reputation for both her fine songsmithing sensibility and her own solo albums "Cool Rain" (1996) and "Burnt By The Sun" (1998), sent us her musical message, "Phenomenal Woman" to you in the autumn of 2000. This album is a conceptual one that explores, inspires and celebrates womanhood. Here is the official comment;
"Phenomenal Woman" is a poem written by world-renowned author and poet, Dr. Maya Angelou. The poem is a call to all women to recognize their unique personality and instill them with confidence to fulfill their life's dreams. Amy has always been a firm believer in the power of song and music as a way to bring about positive change in people's lives. Her album, PHENOMENAL WOMAN, speaks to women universally, encouraging and affirming their everyday lives.
