Livefields

This is the live recording album of TOTO 1999 World Tour after the release of the album “Mindfields”. Their 1999 Tour started from 23 February in Warsaw Poland and ended on 8 November in Paris France. And this live recording was done in France (March, 1999). You may be surprised that Bobby Kimball's vocals are superior when you compare with his 1980's works with TOTO. I am happy because Luke's too long guitar solo performance has shortened on this CD. On the contrary, I am not happy because "99", "Africa" and "Children's Anthem" are not on this CD.
This CD was released in Europe first. And Japanese version release was postponed twice (first: from original release schedule 21 October, second: from 10 November) and on 22 December, 1999 Japanese edition was released as double CD album (serial number : SRCS-2136, 2137) including "Child Anthem" as a bonus track only for Japan on Disc 2, which contains the same other tracks as Limited Edition Bonus CD including "I Will Remember", "Hold The Line" and "Won't Hold You Back" also recorded live in France (March 1999) plus QuickTime Video tracks of "Melanie" promotion video and "Cruel" recorded live in Yokohama, Japan on 24 April, 1999. French Limited Edition also includes "Spanish Steps Of Rome", the "Mindfields" Japanese version bonus track.
