Greg Mathieson Project / Baked Potato Super Live!
"Baked Potato Super Live!" Vinyl was released only in Japan in 1982 and was reissued on CD once but has been out of print for a long time. Therefore, the reissue of this album must be the one of the most important incidents of 1999 for us. This album is a kind of the historical record showing how Jeff Porcaro performed gigs with super musicians. The live performance tracks were recorded at the famous "Baked Potato" in Los Angeles on December 13, 14, 15, 1981 for showing the unlimited passion of four top L.A. musicians on the vinyl. The album was reissued on CD first time in 1986 by CBS Sony.
When the album was reissued by Cool Sound in 1999 with different artworks due to the copyright matter (later, Cool Sound successfully reissued the album again with its original artworks on 11 May, 2011), Greg Mathieson confirmed and corrected mistakes of the tracks information on the original vinyl and the first straight CD reissue of 1986. That is to say; Track 4 was not "I Don’t Know" but "Goe" (not "Go"), and track 4 was not "Go” but "I Don’t Know".
