Marilyn Scott / Avenue Of Love
Marilyn Scott released her sixth solo album “Avenue Of Love” on Warner Bros, following the successful “Take Me With You" released in 1996.
George Duke received a Grammy nomination for “The Look Of Love”, Bacharach-David classic, as “Best Arrangement with a Vocal”. As for me, it was impressive to listen to the track “Love Is A Powerful Thing” written by Michael Ruff, which were later self-covered by the songwriter on Peter Friestedt’s “LA Project 2” released in 2008.
