As far as I know, all Ferrari F40s left the Ferrari factory in red. I guess that means all the other F40s in other colors are pretty much just repainted versions. I marked this one as "Giallo Modena" which is the official yellow paintjob used by Ferrari on their other cars. Nothing much else to add here that I haven't already said before.
