This Gen 3 Formula E car is a new for 2024 Hot Wheels casting. For those unfamiliar with the series, Formula E uses the same chassis for each team. What differs from each team is the electric powertrain that they use. I posted before the previous generation Formula E car used by the Porsche Formula E team which they branded the Porsche 99X Electric. Since this car is just the reveal car and is not yet associated with any team, I listed it as the Spark Formula E Gen3. Spark Racing Technologies, or Spark for short, is the sole chassis supplier of the Formula E series and it was founded by current Ferrari Formula 1 Team Principal Frederic Vasseur. I don't really have anything else to add about this car but I do hope Hot Wheels would utilize this casting more than they did with the previous generation car.
