No, you are not dreaming, it's does not belong to hibaihin serial ranges and there is the letter "E" affixed to it! To my knowledge, it is the only one of the kind...

How come ? My guess is that it was produced in too limited numbers to get a specific serial... So, some sort of arrangement was made here by keeping the retail game serial and just adding an "E".
