SLPM-84016 Gekitou! Crush Gear Turbo Comic Bonbon Special Disc
Apparently, the way to order it was the same as that used for all Comic BonBon Special discs: you had to fill in an application ticket that could be found in some Comic BonBon magazine. It works in the same way as Digimon World Premium Disc : you must have a saved party from Crush Gear Turbo in the slot 1 of a memory card and then insert the special disc to get extra contents.
