I don't know the details on how it was distributed...
I don't understand anything either : it seems to be some sort of Pocket Station demo version of some "Battle Bombee" game. But the final game is labelled "Battle Bombee 2", it is included with Momotarou Dentetsu V. There is no retail version entitled "Battle Bombee".
So I think this hibaihin can be considered as a game on its own.
It features 4 modes :
- Battle : engage opponents to become the King Bombee ;
- Ousama (King), some sort of quizz about the game ;
- Uranai (divination);
- Time.
