2020年Stick Menは日本を含めアジア数か所でライブツアーを予定していましたが、Covid-19によるパンデミックの影響で、日本でも政府からの要請もあり、厳しくなっていました。そしてツアーで唯一ギリギリのタイミングでライブが実施できた2020/2/28名古屋のブルーノートでのライブ音源がこのアルバムです。
