The Matchbox Collectors line I feel is too overpriced for what it is. In toy stores here, they retail for about the equivalent of 13 USD. With that said, I managed to find this one being sold for around 4 USD which was a whole lot more acceptable. I'm a bit disappointed that the base here is actually still just plastic In fact, other than the rubber tires, I am not really sure what else is different from the mainline releases.

Regarding the car itself, it is only listed as a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT. When I looked at it closer, I came to the conclusion that it's actually a 3000GT VR4. What made me notice this was the rear wing. There is a slight difference between the rear wing of the 3000GT SL and the 3000GT VR4, in particular, the middle part of the wing. Nice to have an example of this one since I remember being a fan of the 3000GT when I was younger.
