This is a Welly casting that has already been released in the Speed City lineup before, I believe in the same color too. I wasn't collecting Welly castings yet back then so I am quite happy that they re-released this one. This is a car that is actually quite common here in the Philippines so it's nice to have. I almost got the MSZ version of this car but the front grille of that version turned me off. The front grille on this Welly casting is pretty nice since it seems to be a separate plastic piece instead of being just painted/printed on like in the MSZ version.
