Built off the platform borrowed from the Porsche 924, the 944 Turbo was a front-engine, rear-wheel drive coupe built from 1982-1991. The 944 was offered as a intermediary offering above the 924 coupe and below the 911 range. A total of 25,245 Turbos were built. A stethoscope can be seen in the trunk.
