Retro Japanese Dress-up Dolls

I am collecting vintage/retro japanese dolls. The other day I came across a doll called Star Doll Poppy-chan. Almost all of my vintage dolls are either Takara or Bandai made, others are too old that I can't read their marks at the back of their bodies. I want to ask if what is the company that produced or made the Star Doll Poppy-chan dolls. And aside from Takara and Bandai, are there any toy companies that produced dress-up dolls during the 60's and 70's?

This company has been manufacturing a doll called Poppy-chan since 1974.
