3rd Issue - transitional (native paper, perforated)
Shortly after the color change in 1874, normal perforation device has been adopted for 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50 Sen revenue stamps. Native paper was still used.
Official announcement on this change does not exist, but based on the usage, it is considered that this change occurred at around 1876 (Meiji 8) and the usage of this transitional issue is considered to be rather short - a few years at maximum - and have been replaced by the next (4th) issue.
