イアン・デューリー & ザ・ブロックヘッズの3作目、ザ・ブロックヘッズと録音としてはラスト・アルバムになります。イアン・デューリーはこのころアルコールとニトラゼパム(依存性のある睡眠薬)の乱用状態だったそうで、"Delusions Of Grandeur"はIan Dury本人のことを歌っているそうです（本人は否定）。その後イアン・デューリーは俳優業に進出し音楽活動から遠ざかっていた1986年、忌野清志郎が「Razor Sharp」でザ・ブロックヘッズを起用、これにイアン・デューリーもゲスト参加したことがきっかけで活動再開し、1987年にイアン・デューリー & ザ・ブロックヘッズとして来日公演を行ったそうです。
