The vinyl edition is sold exclusively on Rufus Wainwright's merch site.
In 2017, Rufus Wainwright created a show called Northern Star, to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Canada and 375th of Montreal. It was an intimate evening of curated songs by Canadian musical icons Joni Mitchell, Neil Young and Leonard Cohen, among others.
Recorded in Montreal and Los Angeles, this special evening features the work of Canadian musicians beloved across generations, selected and sung by Wainwright with his own distinct interpretation. Previously only available at live shows, these recordings are available here in limited numbers. All CDs and Vinyl will be signed personally by Rufus Wainwright.

サイン後にシールドされており、開封するか悩んだ末、音はYoutubeで楽しんでます。
カナダのミュージシャンの作品ばかりを歌ったライヴで、もちろん妹Marthaも参加しています。Men Without Hatsまで歌ってるなら、Ron Sexsmithも歌ってやれよという感じ。
